Adhi Karya to issue sukuk ijarah of IDR 499.1 billion
JAKARTA. PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), one of state-owned construction company, has issued Long-Term Sukuk Ijarah Without Public Offering Year 2023.
These securities have been registered in Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) under code ISIN IDJ000028501. This sukuk ijarah has a principal of IDR 499.1 billion and a fixed ijarah yield rate, which will be paid once in 6 months (semi-annual).
The distribution of ADHI’s sukuk ijarah is scheduled on October 26, 2024. With a tenor of 8 years, the sukuk ijarah will mature on October 26, 2031.
ADHI assigns PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia as the arranger of this sukuk ijarah issuance. Meanwhile, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) has been named as the monitoring agent. (KR/ZH)
